GARDEN ROUTE NEWS - The mountain fire in the Barandas area, Uniondale, has been successfully contained and extinguished.
The deployed helicopter made a significant impact and successfully extinguished the fire.
Garden Route District Municipality and CapeNature are on scene and will continue to monitor the area.
